A Matching Gift Challenge
As the holiday season of giving and gratitude unfolds, I’m reaching out to you with a cause that is extremely important to me—breast cancer prevention. In a world brimming with charities worthy of support, the mission of Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP) stands out for its critical impact and unique role in fostering long-term public health changes.
My name is Suzanne Price, and I’m BCPP’s interim CEO and the founder of a chain of organic children’s boutiques called Sprout San Francisco. My journey of protecting families from toxic chemicals in consumer products led me to BCPP. As a mother to two girls, Hannah (14) and Amber (12), I am constantly concerned about the hidden dangers in the products they use.
Hi! I’m Suzanne Price.
Knowing that one in eight women will face breast cancer, yet 90% of cases will not be linked to family history, I worry about the environmental exposures my daughters and others face. But with BCPP, I can count on their science, advocacy, and policy to protect me and my loved ones.
I support BCPP in order to safeguard the well-being of our daughters, our families, and our communities.
Breast cancer prevention is possible. That’s why I ask you to join me in contributing to a spectacular matching gift challenge today. The BCPP Board of Directors has collectively raised $100,000, with the goal of doubling that before year-end. If you pledge to donate before December 31st, your donation will be doubled.
I’m a wife, mom, and entrepreneur.
This challenge isn’t just about raising funds; it’s about forging a future free from the fear of harmful products, a world where everyone, regardless of their background, has equal access to safer environments.
What you donate today can help shield young women like my daughters, and future generations, from these dangers. Now is our opportunity to make a real impact to protect the lives of the people we love.
I’m an advocate for protecting future generations.
I am convinced that supporting BCPP is the best thing we can do to help provide a healthy future for my daughters and all young girls facing the risk of breast cancer in the future.
We need your help. Your donation – whether $25, $100, or $500 – will have double the impact toward our $100,000 match goal.
Thank you so very much for being part of this journey and for your commitment to stopping breast cancer before it starts. Together, we can make a real difference in creating a safer, healthier world.
Together, let’s move prevention forward!
Warm regards,
Suzanne Price
BCPP Interim CEO and Mother
P.S. I hope you will join me by giving your most generous gift of prevention today! Your donation will go twice as far with helping to prevent breast cancer in 2024.
