Host an Event

Each year, supporters across the country host fundraisers to benefit BCPP. Hosting an event is a great way to engage your friends and family in our work while raising money for breast cancer prevention. Supporters of BCPP have hosted annual hikes in New Hampshire and Maryland. Wish we had an event in your town? Bring a breast cancer prevention fundraiser to your town next.

Event Ideas

  • Host a hike, bike, walk, or run in your community.
  • Partner with a local business to host a fundraiser in their space and donate a portion of sales for a day to BCPP. Restaurants and shops are great places to gather your community together for an evening to support breast cancer prevention. You can even add a raffle or auction!
  • House party, garage sale, car wash, bake sale, or more.

We support your event by providing educational materials for you to share with your participants, an online fundraising website to collect donations, and even help promoting to ensure success.

LUNAFEST is a traveling film festival of award-winning short films by, for and about women. Hosting a LUNAFEST is a great way to raise funds and awareness for BCPP. LUNAFEST’s “fundraiser-in-a-box” makes producing a fun and unique event easy.
